The Heritage of Cebu is an original idea of the artist Eduardo Castrillo and Honorable Mayor Alvin B. Upon reaching this place (The Osmeña Place in Metro Cebu; more than 1000 feet above sea level) last March 22, 2008, at 4AM, the first thing that caught my attention was these two beer bottles and a platter that have been, obviously, left by a couple.到达这个地方（ osmeña发生在地铁宿雾;以上一○○○英尺海平面以上）的最后08年3月22日，在4am ，第一件事引起了我的注意，是这两个啤酒瓶和一盘已很明显，留下的一对夫妇。
